End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 4th, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (the “End-User”) and Scrollz Media LLC (“Licensor”), located at Chicago, IL, United States. By downloading or using the Scrollz app (“Application”) from the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application, including its content, maintenance, support, or warranty.

1. THE APPLICATION

Scrollz is a newsletter platform designed to help users discover, read, and manage newsletters more efficiently, including features like AI summarization and a personal newsletter library.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

2.1 You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2.2 You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application.

2.3 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

2.4 This license will govern any updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

3. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Scrollz Media LLC is solely responsible for providing support for the Application. You can contact us at:

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Scrollz Media LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scrollz Media LLC is solely responsible for product claims, including failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

5. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Scrollz Media LLC is responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the Application, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in and to the Application are owned by Scrollz Media LLC. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to the trademarks or content of Scrollz beyond the licensed use.

7. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application from your devices.

8. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chicago, IL.
